Five simple letters that, when strung together, birth the most powerful Word in all of history.
J-E-S-U-S.
Example upon example in the Word of these five letters becoming a weapon , a cure, a Living Hope.
And, still today, this Name above all names provides us with the power to live in all we do.
If you’re comfortable, I invite you to share the name (or initial) of someone for whom we can join you in praying the powerful, healing, life-giving name of Jesus over.
No other name sheds power when spoken—no other name is worthy.
Let’s speak His name, by faith, over the lives of our people today — and watch as He does a new work among us.Tweet This
I’ve created another graphic with the names shared in prayer by our community this year. Please feel free to download it for easy reference. (Just right-click on it to download.)
And friends! Next week is our next #ChasingCommunity monthly drawing — and there’s an exciting little change, I’m dying to share with you. It’s an act of supernatural self-control for me not to share right this very actual second!!
I hope you’ll join me back here next week for this fun news!

As I read the title of your post, all I could think of was the words from that old hymn …’ Jesus, the name that calms our fears, that bids our sorrows cease. Tis music in the sinner’s ears, tis life and health and peace.’
He loves us so.
Thanks for proclaiming His name, friend.
